Arbré Massive Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd (ABN 54 052 978 506) (“Arbré”).

2. Promotion Period

The competition commences on Thursday 23 July 2026 at the time of posting and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 5 August 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 16 years and over.

Employees of Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd, their immediate family members, and any persons directly involved in administering this competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow the official Arbré Instagram account @arbrebeautyprograms; or official Arbré Facebook Page; and

• Comment on the official Arbré Facebook or Instagram giveaway post; and

• Tell us which Arbré product is their favourite and explain why.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Entries must be original, genuine, and submitted by the participant. Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid and removed.

5. Competition Type

This promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

The winner will be selected based on the most creative and genuine response as judged by Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd.

The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging process or outcome.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an Arbré skincare collection valued at $550.50 RRP.

The prize pack includes:

• Bio Rebalancing Crème Cleanser 200ml

• Bio Rebalancing Spritz 200ml

• Vitamin C Serum 60ml

• Plant Stem Cell Serum 60ml

• Bio Rebalancing Moisturiser 60ml

• Super Skin Hydrator Crème 60ml

• Vitamin B3 Masque 50ml

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Arbré reserves the right to substitute any prize item with another product of equal or greater value if required.

7. Winner Announcement & Prize Delivery

The winner will be announced on Thursday 6 August 2026 via the official Arbré Facebook & Instagram page.

The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger or Instagram using the account details provided through their entry.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Arbré reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian or New Zealand address. Arbré is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery providers.

8. Content Requirements

Entries must not contain content that is:

• Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate;

• In breach of any third-party rights; or

• Misleading or fraudulent.

Arbré reserves the right to remove any entries that do not comply with these requirements.

By entering, participants grant Arbré permission to share the winning response on the Arbré social media channels for promotional purposes, with credit provided where appropriate.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected during this competition will be used only for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and arranging prize delivery.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Arbré Privacy Policy.

10. Facebook Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering this competition, participants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability associated with this promotion.

11. General Conditions

Arbré reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Arbré reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
