When will my backorder arrive?

Backordered items are those which are currently not in stock, but as soon as they are, we will contact you to let you know that the item is back in stock and ready to ship to you.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Australian Orders
Shipping for retail orders within Australian is $18.50.
Shipping for professional orders within Australia is $24.95.

International shipping
International shipping pricing is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order once payment has been received. You will receive your order within 10 business days depending on your country / location.

Taxes and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and may vary by country. We are required by custom authorities to state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. What is the return policy?

All returns must be authorised by Arbré Beauty Programs Pty Ltd in writing. No returns will be accepted after seven (7) days of delivery. Only unopened products will be accepted.
